Version 1.0 — Effective date: 23 September 2026
Terms of Use — WhoMesh
1. Who provides WhoMesh
WhoMesh, available at whomesh.com and app.whomesh.com, is operated by OMNIVIA TECH, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU), with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under 104 197 967 R.C.S. In these Terms, “WhoMesh”, “we” and “us” mean OMNIVIA TECH. “You” means the person using the service or the organisation that person is authorised to represent.
2. Our service and its limits
WhoMesh helps people find a suitable person through introductions made by people they know. A requester prepares a shareable brief and a separate private message. An intermediary may forward a request or introduce a possible candidate. A candidate decides whether to read the private message, respond and agree to contact. Participation is voluntary.
WhoMesh is not a public directory and does not grant access to a complete acquaintance graph. A connection, a forwarded link or a statement that someone is trustworthy is not our verification of that person’s qualifications, identity, solvency or conduct. Any verification we actually perform will be described with its scope.
We provide the introduction service with reasonable care. We do not promise a response, a particular chain length, a suitable candidate or a commercial result. Unless expressly agreed separately, we are not a party to employment, consulting, sale or other arrangements that users make after an introduction.
3. Eligibility, accounts and contract formation
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account information, secure your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate someone or create accounts to manipulate a referral chain.
Opening a link does not create an account, make you an intermediary or commit you to a reward arrangement. We present these Terms before you register or expressly join a request. The contract begins when you accept the relevant terms and we provide the requested access.
Before a paid order, you can review the terms, price and order details and correct errors. We provide confirmation and the applicable terms in a form you can retain.
These Terms govern use of WhoMesh. The WhoMesh Rewards & Payments Terms also apply when a request offers money. The request’s Reward Summary supplies the specific commercial details. Mandatory law prevails over all three; the Rewards & Payments Terms govern payment matters. A Reward Summary cannot remove protections given by those Terms.
The WhoMesh Privacy Notice explains data processing; it is not a request for blanket consent. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking choices are separate from accepting these Terms. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
4. Creating and forwarding requests
Requesters must explain the genuine purpose of the request, the kind of person sought and relevant limitations. Make the shareable brief useful without exposing confidential information or unnecessary personal details. Use the private message for information intended only for an eligible candidate who chooses to read it.
Forward only where there is a reasonable connection to the recipient and respect their decision not to participate. A forwarding action means that you are passing on a request; it is not a professional endorsement or guarantee unless you separately make that representation. Do not describe a person as verified or qualified without a sound basis.
Only submit information you are entitled to disclose. Do not upload someone else’s private contact details, sensitive information or confidential business material merely because you know that person. Where possible, send the invitation link yourself and let the person decide what to share. Do not upload address books or scrape contact lists.
A shareable link can be forwarded beyond your intended audience. Treat its shareable brief accordingly.
Closing a request can stop further use within WhoMesh, but cannot recall copies already made by recipients outside the service.
5. Candidate choice and communication
A possible candidate may indicate that they could be the person sought without agreeing to reveal their identity to the requester. Choosing to view the private message is a separate step from agreeing to respond or open a chat. Reading or declining does not by itself authorise disclosure of their identity or contact details to the requester.
Before an action discloses identity or opens contact, the interface explains the disclosure and asks for the required choice. Chat opens only after the required agreement from both sides.
People may stop communicating or block further contact. Doing so does not automatically extinguish an already earned payment claim.
Intermediaries receive only the request information and branch status needed for their participation. A progress or connection notification does not authorise us to publish private messages, contact information, identities of undisclosed candidates or an entire referral graph.
Opening a chat is not, by itself, a successful outcome for a reward.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use WhoMesh for unlawful offers, fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, stalking, exploitation, identity theft, intellectual-property infringement or disclosure of secrets.
Do not seek access to someone’s private life, home address or other sensitive details without a legitimate and lawful purpose.
Do not send bulk unsolicited invitations, bypass a refusal, fabricate endorsements, sell access to personal data, manipulate tracking, add artificial intermediaries or arrange sham outcomes.
You may not pay for prohibited influence, bribery, unlawful recruitment or regulated introductions that require an authorisation you lack.
A reward must relate to the published lawful outcome, not merely recruiting more users or paying to join a chain.
Do not interfere with the service, test its security without authorisation, harvest data or circumvent access controls.
Report a suspected vulnerability privately to support@whomesh.com without accessing other people’s data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue.
7. Content and intellectual property
You keep the rights you hold in your content. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, transmit and display that content only as necessary to operate the features you use, secure the service, resolve disputes and meet legal duties.
This does not authorise selling your private messages or using them in advertising.
The licence ends when the content is removed, except for permitted legal archives, backup cycles and copies already lawfully supplied to recipients.
WhoMesh branding, software and platform materials belong to us or our licensors. You receive permission to use them through the service in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing transfers ownership of our software to you or limits rights granted by mandatory law.
8. Reporting, restrictions and review
Report unlawful content, misuse or an account decision to support@whomesh.com.
Identify the request or content, explain the concern, and provide supporting information where available. Reports of unlawful content should include a sufficiently precise location, the reason it is unlawful, a contact address where appropriate and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive evidence.
We assess reports and may request clarification. Depending on seriousness, we may warn a user, limit a feature, remove content, stop a request or suspend an account. Measures should be proportionate to the violation and its effects. Urgent action may be necessary for fraud, security or legal reasons.
We provide the affected user with reasons and the available review route unless disclosure is legally prohibited or would compromise a justified investigation.
You may request human review through support@whomesh.com within 30 days of notification; this voluntary route does not shorten any longer statutory complaint period.
We aim to respond within 14 days and explain any necessary extension.
We do not confiscate earned rewards simply because an account is suspended; payment restrictions must follow the Rewards & Payments Terms and applicable law.
9. Availability, changes and ending use
The browser service requires a compatible, reasonably up-to-date browser and internet connection. Material technical requirements, paid features and restrictions are disclosed before an order.
We may perform necessary maintenance and security updates, giving notice where reasonably practicable. We remain responsible for applicable service and security obligations.
We may change the service for security, legal compliance or a substantiated technical or operational reason. We will explain material changes in advance where practicable.
For consumers, changes to an ongoing digital service must also satisfy applicable statutory conditions; where a change negatively affects access or use beyond a minor degree, applicable rights to reject the change or terminate without charge remain available.
No update retrospectively changes an existing request’s reward bargain.
Your account continues until you or we end it.
You can request closure through your WhoMesh account where that functionality is available or by contacting support@whomesh.com.
We will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve eligible content and address pending matters, subject to legal and security restrictions.
Account closure does not erase outstanding refunds, established reward entitlements or legal obligations. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Notice.
If we permanently discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice where possible, address unused funded rewards and any required service-fee refunds, and explain data retrieval and deletion arrangements.
10. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We remain responsible for breaches of our own obligations. The involvement of a third-party service provider does not automatically release us from responsibility to you. We do not guarantee another user’s conduct, but remain responsible where our own fault contributes to loss under applicable law.
If you use WhoMesh as a consumer, you may have additional mandatory rights under the laws applicable in your country of residence. These Terms do not deprive you of those rights.
Where applicable law gives you statutory rights relating to digital services, including rights concerning conformity, correction, price reduction, termination, refunds or required updates, those rights remain unaffected.
Where a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract applies, the applicable withdrawal period and conditions will be presented to you before the relevant transaction. Additional withdrawal provisions relating to paid rewards are set out in the Rewards & Payments Terms.
Country-specific consumer notices may apply in addition to these Terms.
11. Complaints, dispute resolution and governing law
If you have a complaint or concern about WhoMesh, please contact us first through the Support section available within WhoMesh or by email at support@whomesh.com.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account, request, transaction or issue, together with the outcome you are seeking. We may ask for additional information where reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
We aim to review complaints fairly and within a reasonable time. Where a specific response period is required by applicable law, that period will apply.
If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may have access to an alternative dispute-resolution, mediation or consumer-protection procedure available under applicable law. Country-specific information may be provided in the relevant consumer notice.
French law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections available to you under the law that would otherwise apply.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
12. Versions and contact
We identify the effective date of each version and notify you of material changes through an appropriate channel before they apply, unless an immediate change is required by law or security.
New payment obligations require the necessary agreement.
Existing reward requests retain their accepted version except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
You can request a copy of the version applicable to your account or order from support@whomesh.com.
