Version 1.0 — Effective date: 23 September 2026
Rewards & Payments — WhoMesh
1. Scope and the parties
These Rewards & Payments Terms apply whenever an optional monetary reward is attached to a WhoMesh request.
WhoMesh is operated by OMNIVIA TECH, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU), with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under 104 197 967 R.C.S. Paris.
Registered office: 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France.

Support and payment enquiries: support@whomesh.com
These Terms form part of the WhoMesh Terms of Use. If a request does not offer a monetary reward, these Rewards & Payments Terms do not apply to that request.
A Requester is the person who creates and funds a reward.
An Intermediary is a person who makes a genuine contribution to an eligible referral path.
A Candidate is the person whom the request seeks to reach.
A Reward Summary is the request-specific information shown before a requester funds a reward and before another participant agrees to participate under reward conditions.
A Success Event is the measurable outcome identified in the Reward Summary as the condition for earning the reward.
Funding, approval of a reward claim, transfer by the payment provider and final payout to a recipient are separate events.
The requester makes the reward commitment described in the Reward Summary. WhoMesh administers that commitment, assesses relevant claims and instructs the payment provider in accordance with these Terms.
Any separate agreement or transaction between a requester and candidate is their own responsibility and is not created merely because WhoMesh paid an introduction reward.
2. Information shown before funding
Before a reward is funded, the Reward Summary must clearly state:
- the request identifier;
- the total reward pool and currency;
- the Success Event;
- any evidence or confirmation required;
- who is eligible to receive a share;
- any exclusions;
- the reward division formula;
- how rounding is handled;
- the request closing date;
- the applicable time zone;
- claim and review periods;
- cancellation and refund rules;
- any WhoMesh service fee and applicable taxes;
- the total amount charged to the requester;
- any disclosed recipient-side costs or foreign-exchange charges;
- supported payout methods and locations where relevant;
- verification requirements; and
- the point at which a reward becomes earned.
Where the number of intermediaries may vary, the Reward Summary will explain how the reward is divided.
WhoMesh determines whether the published Success Event has been established. The requester may provide evidence and comments but does not have an unrestricted right to reject an otherwise valid claim.
Unless the Reward Summary clearly states otherwise, only one successful referral path is rewarded for each request.
The displayed reward represents the total reward pool, not the amount payable to every person in the chain.
Merely forwarding a request, opening or reading a request, registering for WhoMesh, joining a chat, generating another participant, or receiving a positive reaction does not by itself earn a reward.
The Success Event described in the Reward Summary must be satisfied.
Once a funded request has begun receiving participation, the requester cannot unilaterally reduce the reward pool, change the Success Event, change the reward split or impose new eligibility conditions that adversely affect existing participants.
The maximum duration of a funded WhoMesh request is 30 calendar days from confirmed funding, unless it ends earlier because it is completed, closed or cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
3. Funding a reward
A requester funds a particular reward through the payment flow made available by WhoMesh.
Before payment is confirmed, the requester must be able to review the total amount, applicable WhoMesh fee, reward pool and relevant payment terms.
A request is considered Funded only after the payment provider confirms successful collection.
A browser redirect, pending payment or payment authorisation does not by itself establish successful funding.
WhoMesh provides confirmation identifying the relevant request, amount and applicable terms.
WhoMesh does not operate a general-purpose wallet.
Balances or labels displayed inside WhoMesh, including Funded Rewards, Pending Rewards, Approved Rewards, or Paid Rewards, represent request-related payment records and obligations. They do not constitute a bank account, deposit account or general-purpose stored-value balance.
No interest is paid on reward funds.
Payments are processed through Stripe. WhoMesh starts a Stripe Checkout session and sends the requester to Stripe’s hosted payment page. WhoMesh does not embed Stripe’s payment form on whomesh.com or app.whomesh.com.
Where supported by the configured payment arrangement, payments to eligible recipients may be made through verified Stripe-connected accounts or another payout route clearly disclosed before participation.
A payment reference linking money to a particular request is an accounting and attribution mechanism. WhoMesh does not describe the arrangement as regulated escrow, a bank deposit or a deposit-guarantee product unless such a regulated arrangement is actually established.
4. Eligibility for a reward
To receive a reward, a participant must:
- satisfy the conditions disclosed before participation;
- be at least 18 years old;
- provide accurate information;
- make a genuine eligible contribution to the successful path; and
- complete any legally or technically required payment-provider verification.
Availability may depend on country, currency, verification status, business type and payment-provider support.
A person may choose to help with a request without receiving a reward where this is made clear before participation.
The following do not qualify merely by appearing in a referral path:
- the requester;
- duplicate accounts controlled by the same person;
- fabricated intermediaries;
- artificial accounts; or
- participants inserted solely to increase the number of reward recipients.
A candidate receives a reward only where the relevant Reward Summary expressly makes the candidate eligible.
No one earns money merely for registering, recruiting a new WhoMesh user, forwarding without a qualifying contribution, artificially adding another step to a chain, or creating a sham Success Event.
Self-referrals, collusion, fake participants, artificial chain extension and fabricated outcomes are prohibited.
A genuine individual can be counted only once on the same paid successful path.
5. Establishing the successful path
A reward claim may be submitted through the reward or support function available within WhoMesh, or by email to support@whomesh.com.
A claim should normally be submitted within 14 calendar days after the Success Event and no later than 14 calendar days after the request closes.
If a documented technical failure or another compelling circumstance prevented timely submission, WhoMesh may consider a reasonable extension.
These administrative deadlines do not override mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
WhoMesh may review:
- the conditions in the Reward Summary;
- referral and attribution records;
- request and server timestamps;
- relevant participation records; and
- proportionate supporting evidence.
The requester and materially affected participants may be invited to provide relevant information, normally within seven calendar days.
Silence by the requester does not automatically approve or reject a claim.
WhoMesh aims to issue a reasoned determination within 14 calendar days after receiving sufficient information. If additional time is reasonably necessary, we will explain the reason and expected timetable.
The first accepted successful path means the earliest referral path that WhoMesh determines satisfied the published Success Event while the request was active.
The requester cannot disregard an earlier valid path simply because a later path is preferred.
Where completion times cannot reliably be distinguished, the earlier complete and valid claim recorded by WhoMesh may receive priority.
Where the available evidence remains insufficient or conflicting, WhoMesh may pause allocation while the dispute is reviewed rather than make incompatible payments.
A materially affected participant may request review within 14 calendar days after receiving a reward decision.
Review may be requested through the WhoMesh Support section or by emailing support@whomesh.com.
The participant should explain the disputed point and provide any relevant evidence.
A human reviewer will reconsider the disputed issue.
WhoMesh aims to complete the review within 14 calendar days or explain any necessary extension.
6. Reward division, fees and payment status
Each successful-path share is calculated using the formula disclosed in the Reward Summary before participation.
There is no universal WhoMesh rule requiring equal division or a particular percentage split.
For example, a requester may choose an available reward structure that divides the reward equally among eligible intermediaries or gives different proportions to different roles in the successful path, provided the exact rule is disclosed before participation.
The Reward Summary must also explain how rounding to the smallest currency unit is handled, and what happens to a share if a participant becomes ineligible.
WhoMesh will not silently convert an ineligible participant's share into an additional platform fee or apply an undisclosed redistribution rule.
Any WhoMesh service fee is displayed separately from the reward pool.
For example, an advertised EUR 100 reward pool remains a EUR 100 reward pool; it is not silently reduced to pay an undisclosed WhoMesh fee.
Where determinable, relevant recipient-side payment costs or foreign-exchange costs will be disclosed before participation.
Payment status may be shown using terminology such as:
- Pending — eligibility, verification, evidence or review is still incomplete.
- Approved — WhoMesh has established an entitlement, subject to any applicable review period, verification requirement or legal restriction.
- Transferred — the payment provider has accepted the instruction or transfer to the recipient's payment account.
- Paid out — the payment provider reports that payout has been sent to the recipient's bank account or other supported destination.
After approval, completion of any applicable review period, required verification and mandatory consumer or legal restrictions, WhoMesh normally instructs eligible payment within 7 business days.
Payment-provider or banking processing times are separate and may vary according to country, currency, verification status, banking institution or legitimate fraud review.
7. Identity and payment verification
Stripe or another disclosed payment provider may require identity, business, tax, address or banking information before a recipient can receive funds.
Where verification is required, WhoMesh will disclose that requirement before a participant joins a paid reward arrangement.
Completion of an onboarding form does not necessarily mean payment verification has been approved.
If payment cannot proceed because additional action is required, WhoMesh will provide available information about what must be completed where legally permitted.
WhoMesh does not guarantee universal payment availability, immediate payouts, payment support in every country, indefinite retention of unpaid funds by a provider, or approval of every payment-provider account.
Where appropriate and lawful, WhoMesh may agree with an eligible recipient to use an alternative payment route.
Failure to complete verification does not automatically cause an already established reward entitlement to become WhoMesh property.
Any unresolved amount remains subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
8. Cancellation, expiry and refunds
Before a Success Event has occurred, a requester may close a request to future participation through WhoMesh.
Closure does not invalidate a qualifying Success Event that occurred before closure.
WhoMesh will allow the applicable claim period to expire or resolve relevant pending claims before determining that the remaining reward pool is unused.
If no valid reward entitlement remains, the unused reward pool is returned to the original payment method.
WhoMesh normally instructs an eligible refund within 14 calendar days after the relevant entitlement issues have been resolved, subject to payment-provider processing time.
A request that reaches its 30-day maximum funded duration expires unless it has already ended earlier.
Unused funds following expiry are handled in the same manner as unused funds following cancellation.
Any WhoMesh service fee may be retained only where this was disclosed in advance, is lawfully payable for services actually supplied and is consistent with any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
If WhoMesh cancels a request because WhoMesh cannot provide the agreed service, unearned reward funds and any other amounts required by applicable law will be refunded.
The same amount will not simultaneously be treated as refunded to the requester and freely available for payment to a reward recipient.
If an entitlement is genuinely disputed, WhoMesh may temporarily delay the affected allocation while the dispute is resolved in accordance with these Terms and payment-provider requirements.
9. Fraud, chargebacks and payment mistakes
WhoMesh may temporarily restrict an affected payment where there is a substantiated concern involving:
- fraud;
- unauthorised payment;
- sanctions or legal restrictions;
- duplicate payment;
- manipulation of the referral path;
- a payment-provider requirement; or
- another legitimate payment-security concern.
Where permitted, WhoMesh will explain the reason and provide an appropriate review route.
A generic allegation of “suspicious activity” will not automatically extinguish unrelated established reward entitlements.
A reward funded using an unauthorised or fraudulent payment is not payable merely because the interface temporarily displayed it as funded.
A requester must not use a chargeback merely to avoid a valid reward commitment.
This does not restrict genuine statutory or contractual cardholder rights.
If money is demonstrably paid twice, paid by mistake or obtained through fraud, WhoMesh may take lawful steps to correct or recover the payment after providing relevant information and an opportunity to challenge the decision where appropriate.
A requester chargeback does not by itself establish misconduct by a reward recipient.
10. Consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights
Consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on the law applicable to the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or cooling-off right available to a consumer under applicable law.
Where such a right applies, WhoMesh will provide the legally required information before the relevant transaction.
A consumer may submit a withdrawal or cancellation request through the relevant account, payment or Support function available within WhoMesh, or by emailing support@whomesh.com.
The request should clearly identify the relevant transaction or reward request and state the consumer's intention to withdraw or cancel.
No particular wording is required where applicable law does not require it.
Where a mandatory withdrawal period applies, WhoMesh will comply with the applicable period and refund rules.
Where a consumer requests that performance begin before the end of an applicable statutory withdrawal period, any consequences for refunds or withdrawal rights will apply only where the disclosures, consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law have been properly obtained.
Funding a reward or opening a chat does not by itself establish that WhoMesh has fully performed a paid service.
Country-specific consumer rights or notices may apply in addition to this section.
11. Taxes, complaints and governing law
A reward may constitute taxable income, professional income or business revenue depending on the recipient's circumstances and applicable law.
Recipients are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with tax, registration, invoicing and reporting obligations applicable to them.
A payment does not become tax-exempt merely because WhoMesh describes it as a “reward”.
WhoMesh will collect, report, withhold or provide payment information where required by applicable law.
This does not transfer WhoMesh's own legal or reporting obligations to users.
Payment complaints may be submitted through the Support section in WhoMesh or by email to support@whomesh.com.
Please include the relevant request and payment references where available.
WhoMesh's internal claim and review procedures do not restrict access to mandatory consumer dispute-resolution procedures, competent authorities or courts.
These Rewards & Payments Terms are governed by French law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
